Heather French, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, holistic, and patient-centered care. Throughout her over 13 years of health care experience, she has refined expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions while fostering patient education and preventive care.
Heather obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wichita State University, in Kansas, where she also earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialization in family practice. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and holds an active license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
For the past few years, Heather served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a charity care-based free clinic, serving the uninsured/low-income patient population and a retail health clinic in Wichita, Kansas. Heather has over ten years of experience as a registered nurse in various medical settings, including acute care, chronic care, critical care, and home health care. She has also served as a nurse leader and preceptor, guiding novice and aspiring nurses throughout her nursing career.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with family and exploring the local food scene. She is fluent in English and Korean.
